When we weren’t there enjoying it ourselves, we chose to share it with others who, like us, appreciate beauty, comfort, and meaningful time away. That experience sparked something deeper—and today, we proudly own and personally manage five beautiful vacation homes in Florida. In Miramar Beach, we offer three thoughtfully designed beach homes, all on the same quiet street and just a two-minute walk from the crystal-clear waters and sugar-white sands of one of the most stunning beaches in the U.S. Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a multi-generational vacation, or time away with friends, this location offers a rare blend of privacy, walkability, and true beach living. More recently, we expanded to Palm Coast, where we offer two exceptional waterfront homes along a serene saltwater canal. These properties feature private pools, spas, docks, and boat lifts—perfect for guests who love being on the water and want a peaceful, upscale retreat. Every home we offer is a place we care deeply about. We’ve poured our hearts and souls into creating spaces that feel calm, welcoming, and restorative. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE. Serene Water's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Serene Water's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Serene Water with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Serene Water with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Serene Water with respect to the Site.
