Bring your loved ones, pack some clothes and food and the rest is already here. The location of the house at 67 Sarasota st. is perfect 365 days of the year, only short 2 minutes walk to beautiful white sand private beaches and 5 steps to Community pool (heated during Winter holidays). As you enter the house, the open space living-dining area welcomes you with a 65" TV and free streaming accounts for HULU and Netflix. Our stylish comfy sectional sofa is waiting for you, to watch your favorite series. The chef's kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking/baking with your guests and the counter has 5 bar stools for a quick breakfast, before you head to the beach. Powder and Laundry rooms are on main floor and one of the three Huge Master suites as well, perfect for older family members. High ceilings throughout the house and so many windows gives you a sense of openness and tons of light during all seasons. All 3 Master Ensuite are super spacious, they all have double vanity, two bathrooms has Jacuzzi tub and a shower. Fully fenced yard is great for your pet (we welcome only well behaved dogs with an additional fee) and the highlight for the kids and teens is our new cool playroom/media/office space with SONY Playstation and games. From the back yard, you can step out through the white small gate, walk 5 steps to reach our Community pool (HOA is in charge of heating and is during Spring /Winter Holidays). Separate from the house, you will find our cool new play room/office space with 65" TV, Playstation 4 with 2 remotes and games, comfy sofas and office space. Upstairs, from the 3rd Master suite, there's another porch with a small sitting area overlooking Sarasota street. We offer a cart with folding chairs that you can take with you to the beach and an outdoor shower, on the right side of the house, to wash yourself from the sand before heading back home. 5 cars can easily park on our driveway and inside the front yard. Please find below some basic instructions and important info that we ask you to follow and agree upon, when you choose our beach home. We put our hearts and souls in our Beach homes and ask that you treat it the same way. 1. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN AND AROUND THE HOUSE OR GARAGE. 2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, at any time only 13 people are allowed at the house. 3. PARKING for up to 4 cars on our driveway only and inside our white fence. No parking is allowed on the street, on neighboring property across or on grassy areas. City is pretty strict and give fines. 4. Up to 2 WELL BEHAVED DOGS are welcome with our pre-approval and a separate non refundable pet fee of 200$ per dog, per stay that will be collected via square or Venm o. Dogs are not allowed on sofas, beds or furnitures. Please clean after your dog and keep our backyard ready for the next guests. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Destin or Miramar beaches. Few counties allows local residents with dog-on-beach permits to walk their leashed dogs on the beach, Walton County property owners or permanent residents must obtain a permit from the county clerk each year to walk dogs on the beach. However, there are a few dog parks and you are welcome to walk with your dog in our neighborhood and along the promenade. 5. YOUNG GUESTS: If most of the adults in your group are under 25, a separate 750$ refundable damage deposit is required, after securing your reservation, via square. This money will be used to cover for any damage or disturbance during or after your stay (Noise, Parking violations, Repairs, Missing items). This amount will be released up to 7 business days after check out. 6. It is forbidden to temper with any of the fire alarms in the house, playroom. Evidence of smoking or tempering with the smoke and fire alarms will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation, without any refunds. 7. Sleeping on bunk beds is at your own risk. 8. All water activity is at your own risk and responsibility.
