With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests (10 adults) As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living room with large windows overlooking the pool and the water. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the dining area and huge fully-equipped kitchen, making it easy to entertain friends and family. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and offer a variety of beds, to accommodate the whole group, with comfortable mattresses and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Accomodation and beds: Master bedroom: King + Queen beds En-suite bathroom with waterfall shower, double vanity. Second Bedroom: King bed Third Bedroom: Queen over queen bunk Two double bunk beds Second Bathroom serves both bedrooms, with a tub/shower combo. One of the highlights of this vacation rental is the outdoor space: Step to a large screened-in lanai with a renewed private pool (up to 6f deep), perfect for lounging and soaking up the Florida sunshine and a new Hot tub for 5 person for the cool nights. There's also a weber grill close to the kitchen. The pool can be heated with a separate daily fee. Spa is available for your use at all times, for FREE. We recently added an EV charger in the garage for your electric vehicle. As you go outside to the back yard, few steps will take you to our dock and boat parking area. You are welcome to bring your boat with a prior confirmation from us (up to 21f). Enjoy swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding with our toys that are there for you, fish, or simply chill on the bench and watch boats go by on the Intracoastal Waterway. When you're ready to explore, you'll find plenty to do in the Palm Coast area. Take a stroll along the beach, play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses, dine on the beach at Flagler Beach, or visit the charming towns of St Augustine or Daytona beach for more shopping and dining. Furry Friends As much as we love our furry friends, we accept 1-2 small to medium dogs with prior confirmation from us, and a separate pet fee per dog per stay. Please note, that the yard is not fenced and they are not allowed in pool nor hot tub or on any beds or furnitures. Our Green-Eco Friendly Initiative!
